Terms of Service
Last updated May 30, 2026. These Terms govern access to the Serfis website and Serfis business AI employee services unless a separate signed agreement applies.
If a customer has a separate written agreement with Serfis, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
Acceptance
By visiting our site, requesting a demo, creating an account, or using Serfis products, you agree to these Terms. If you use Serfis for a company, dealership, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Services
Serfis builds customizable AI employees for business workflows, including Saffi for dealership follow-up, retention, buyback conversations, and repeat purchases. Services may change as we improve products, add features, or discontinue limited offerings.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, security controls, or customer agreements.
Customer data and permissions
You are responsible for the data, instructions, contacts, messages, and integrations you provide to Serfis. You must have the rights, permissions, and notices needed for Serfis to process that data and perform the workflows you authorize.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Serfis to violate laws, contracts, privacy rights, or platform rules.
- Do not send deceptive, abusive, harassing, unlawful, or unauthorized communications.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or compromise Serfis systems.
- Do not use Serfis to make decisions that legally require human review unless qualified people review and approve them.
AI outputs
AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, configuring workflows, approving sensitive actions, and deciding how to use Serfis in your business.
Third-party services
Serfis may connect with inboxes, CRMs, calendars, analytics tools, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Serfis is not responsible for third-party platforms outside our control.
Intellectual property
Serfis and its software, designs, models, workflows, branding, and site content are owned by Serfis or its licensors. You keep ownership of your customer data, subject to the rights needed for Serfis to provide and improve the services.
Confidentiality
Non-public business, technical, product, customer, pricing, and workflow information shared between Serfis and a customer should be treated as confidential unless it is already public or independently developed without that information.
Payment terms
If paid services are purchased, pricing, billing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be described in the applicable order form, checkout, invoice, or written agreement.
Disclaimers
Serfis services are provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, specific business results, or that every workflow will be suitable for every customer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Serfis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Serfis' total liability will not exceed the amount paid to Serfis for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the services in a harmful or unlawful way. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to any customer agreement or payment terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
